Commercial Roadside Assistance Plans
Hundreds of people break down daily. When employee-owned and company-owned fleet vehicles inevitably need service–whether it’s an engine issue, your driver ran out of gas, or an employee gets a flat tire while driving the company vehicle–having commercial roadside assistance coverage can make all the difference in how a roadside emergency is handled.
Did you know we receive over 5,000 calls a day? We receive over 35,000 calls weekly, 147,000 monthly, and 1.76 mm a year! And our average response time is just 58 minutes!
Choose from commercial fleet roadside assistance and emergency roadside service plans (US or Canada) that cover all of your vehicle breakdowns and give your drivers and employees peace of mind, knowing they are covered if something happens while they are behind the wheel. From sedans to truck breakdowns, we’ll cover your vehicles no matter who’s driving them. Go with the roadside company that has an A+ rating with the BBB.
Commercial Roadside Assistance for Fleets
Our vehicle coverage is straightforward, ranging from $39 to $199 per vehicle depending on your fleet size. With this single fee, your vehicle is covered for the entire year, regardless of the driver. Avoid plans that burden you with monthly service fees and end up with a substantial monthly bill, with plans that include generous towing amounts and six service calls a year.

Why Fleet Maintenance Matters
Let’s face it: Your business relies on its fleet of commercial vehicles running efficiently around the clock. When vehicles are grounded for one reason or another, or even if they’re just operating sub-optimally, you are losing money, plain and simple. While it’s imperative to have a commercial fleet roadside assistance plan that includes 24-hour servicing, you can save time and money in the long run by investing in preventive maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) is any regularly scheduled vehicle maintenance aimed at stopping breakdowns before they happen. Rather than waiting for a vehicle in your fleet to begin running poorly, maintenance such as oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, and general tune-ups can detect minor issues before they become noticeable and prevent major ones from happening. This will ensure that your commercial fleet of vehicles runs at peak performance, improving efficiency and fuel economy while greatly reducing downtime and maximizing overall profits.
Oftentimes, managers will happily invest in commercial roadside assistance plans but can be leery of the initial cost and time investment of implementing a preventive maintenance program. But the pay-off in the long run, in terms of savings and safety, is well worth it. One way to look at preventative maintenance is that it’s your “first line of defense” against breakdowns and lost revenue. And remember that your fleet drivers are usually the first to notice any vehicle issues. Designate someone to perform routine inspections, and be sure to keep an open line of communication with them so that any issues can be quickly reported and serviced by a dedicated mechanic.
